1️⃣ 24 EXPERT-LED GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

All our sessions are led by expert personal trainers in small, supportive groups. You can join up to 4 sessions per week designed to increase your strength, mobility, and fitness — tailored to your needs.


✅ 2 Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions each week focus on strength training to help you build muscle and improve mobility. With a maximum of 6 members per session, we keep groups small to ensure personal attention and no overcrowding.


✅ 2 Team Training sessions each week focus on mobility and/or conditioning to boost your range of movement, fitness and cardiovascular health, complementing the strength work in SGPT.

✅ Our experienced trainers lead every session, creating a safe and encouraging environment for all ability levels—from beginners to the more experienced.

✅ Exercises can be adapted if you have a minor injury or specific needs, ensuring your training is safe and effective.

✅ Before you start, we’ll have a thorough phone consultation to understand your goals, concerns, and how we can best support you.

WHAT ARE THE SESSIONS LIKE?

We do strength training in small groups of 6 - welcoming, supportive, with expert guidance, encouragement, and zero judgment.

The focus is helping you to build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your own body — all at your own pace. You'll lift weights and use equipment designed to help you future-proof your body.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY TO JOIN?

No! The point of starting to exercise is to get fit, right? Most of our members start as beginners. We’ll support you at your level and help you get stronger, step by step.

Almost everybody worries that others will be stronger and fitter than them and they'll feel embarrassed, but worry not. This isn't the Olympics, you'll be just fine and no one will be judging you.

WHEN CAN I START?

As soon as you're ready! Once we’ve had a quick chat to understand what you need, we can get you signed up and started right away.

WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

£160 a month includes:

➡️ Twice weekly SGPT (small-group personal training) sessions + Team Training (larger group mobility & conditioning classes)
