At GPT, we focus on functional strength training—because feeling strong in everyday life matters.

From climbing stairs, carrying shopping, walking the dog, to doing activities and drop-offs with your kids or grandkids — these are all real-life movements. And how easy or difficult they feel, often comes down to your functional strength and fitness.

As parents in our 40s, we know first-hand how important it is to stay active, injury-free, and strong enough to keep up with family life.

Like many of our members, we’ve felt the aches, pains, and setbacks that come with getting older—and we’ve also seen how strength training helps us overcome them.

Most of our members are between 45–60, and they’ve proven it’s never too late to make positive changes.
