At GPT, we focus on functional strength trainingβbecause feeling strong in everyday life matters.
From climbing stairs, carrying shopping, walking the dog, to doing activities and drop-offs with your kids or grandkids β these are all real-life movements. And how easy or difficult they feel, often comes down to your functional strength and fitness.
As parents in our 40s, we know first-hand how important it is to stay active, injury-free, and strong enough to keep up with family life.
