From climbing stairs, carrying shopping, walking the dog, to doing activities and drop-offs with your kids or grandkids — these are all real-life movements. And how easy or difficult they feel, often comes down to your functional strength and fitness.

As parents in our 40s, we know first-hand how important it is to stay active, injury-free, and strong enough to keep up with family life.

We do strength training in small groups with a maximum of 8 - welcoming, supportive, with expert guidance, encouragement, and zero judgment.

The focus is helping you to build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your own body — all at your own pace. You'll lift weights and use equipment designed to help you future-proof your body.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY TO JOIN?

No! The point of starting to exercise is to get fit, right? Most of our members start as beginners. We’ll support you at your level and help you get stronger, step by step.

Almost everybody worries that others will be stronger and fitter than them and they'll feel embarrassed, but worry not. This isn't the Olympics, you'll be just fine and no one will be judging you.

WHEN CAN I START?

As soon as you're ready! Once we’ve had a quick chat to understand what you need, we can get you signed up and started right away.

6 week trial for new members - a one-off £160
