WHAT ARE THE SESSIONS LIKE?

We do strength training in small groups with a maximum of 8 - welcoming, supportive, with expert guidance, encouragement, and zero judgment.

The focus is helping you to build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your own body — all at your own pace. You'll lift weights and use equipment designed to help you future-proof your body.

We have multiple sessions a day, Monday to Friday, at:

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY TO JOIN?

No! The point of starting to exercise is to get fit, right? Most of our members start as beginners. We’ll support you at your level and help you get stronger, step by step.

Almost everybody worries that others will be stronger and fitter than them and they'll feel embarrassed, but worry not. This isn't the Olympics, you'll be just fine and no one will be judging you.

WHEN CAN I START?

As soon as you're ready! Once we’ve had a quick chat to understand what you need, we can get you signed up and started right away.

6 week trial for new members - a one-off £160

Monthly recurring membership - £160 a month includes:

➡️ Twice weekly SGPT (small-group personal training) sessions + Team Training (larger group mobility & conditioning classes)

➡️ Structured, progressive personal training programmes, fully coached so you don't have to worry about what to do or how to do it

➡️ Personal coaching that keeps you safe and challenged. No more going it alone and wondering if what you're doing is right

➡️ Progress tracking so you can measure how your strength improves over time
