Functional strength training is what we're about, no matter what!
We do Small-Group Personal Training (max 6 in a class) and Team Training (larger group up to 14).

We run multiple throughout the day, 6 days a week.
Team Training (TT) is our larger group sessions with up to 14 people and one coach.
SGPT is small-group-personal-training with up to 6 people and one coach.
WEEKLY TIMETABLE
➡️ Monday - 9am (SGPT); 10am (SGPT); 5:15pm (TT) & 6:30pm (SGPT)
➡️ Tuesday - 6:30am (TT); 9am (SGPT); 9:15am (TT); 2pm (SGPT); 6:30pm (TT)
➡️ Wednesday - 6:15am (SGPT); 9:15am (TT) and 6:30pm (TT)
➡️ Thursday - 6:30am (TT); 9am (SGPT); 9:15am (TT); 2pm (SGPT); 5:15pm (TT) & 6:30pm (SGPT)
➡️ Friday - 6:15am and 9am (SGPT) & 10:15am(TT)
➡️ Saturday - 8am (TT)
Not at all! The majority of our members join us having never exercised before, or not for many years. Whatever your starting point we'll help you to get fitter and stronger.
Straight away if you want. As soon as we've spoken and know what help you're after, we can get you signed up.
