WHAT ARE YOUR SESSIONS LIKE?

Welcoming, supportive, and tailored to you — no matter your starting point. You’ll train in a small group with expert guidance, plenty of encouragement, and zero judgment. We focus on strength, mobility, and feeling good in your body — all at your own pace.

We have multiple sessions a day, 5 days a week at:

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY TO JOIN?

No! Many of our members start as beginners. We’ll support you at your level and help you get stronger, step by step.

WHEN CAN I START?

As soon as you're ready! Once we’ve had a quick chat to understand what you need, we can get you signed up and started right away.

WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

From £160 per month that include:

➡️ Multiple weekly SGPT (small-group personal training) sessions + Team Training (larger group conditioning classes)

➡️ Structured, progressive personal training programmes, fully coached
