WHAT ARE THE SESSIONS LIKE?

We do strength training in small groups with a maximum of 8 - welcoming, supportive, with expert guidance, encouragement, and zero judgment.

The focus is helping you to build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your own body — all at your own pace. You'll lift weights and use equipment designed to help you future-proof your body.

WHEN ARE YOUR SESSIONS?

We have multiple sessions a day, Monday to Friday, at:

- 6:15am

- 9:15am

- 2pm

- 5:15pm

- 6:30pm

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY TO JOIN?

Not at all. Most of our members start as complete beginners or are returning after years away. We meet you exactly where you are and build from there - no pressure, no judgement.

As soon as you're ready. Book a free consultation and we'll get you started straight away.

6 week trial for new members - £160

- Most new joiners start with our trial

- Up to 4 sessions per week over 6 weeks - 2 strength coaching sessions and 2 mobility & conditioning team training sessions

Monthly membership pricing is discussed during your free consultation.

- Twice weekly SGPT (small-group personal training) sessions + Team Training (larger group mobility & conditioning classes)
