Monday - 9am, 10am, 6:30pm
Tuesday - 6:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday - 9:30am, 6:30pm
Thursday - 6:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday - 7:30am, 9:30am
Saturday - 8am
Sunday - WE REST!
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30am + Saturday 8am are mixed gender classes.
All other classes are women only.
From January 2024 we'll be expanding our timetable with more small-group PT sessions, a hybrid between 1-2-1 PT and larger group classes. Same results as 1-2-1, just more social, more fun, and more affordable! Drop us a message if you want to know more.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member of GPT by choosing a membership option that works best for you (£40 - £80 per month), or if you decide we aren't for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
We're at the Reading Rugby Football Club, Holme Park Farm Lane, Sonning, RG4 6ST. We're next to Reading Blue Coat school and opposite the Sonning Hockey & Cricket Club. Plenty of easy parking right next to the studio + toilets.

Ladies Group PT is a small private business, owned and run by two 40-somethings – Michael (Head Coach & Personal Trainer) and Tarryn (AfN Certified Nutrition Coach + group trainer).
Having been through our own physical and mental health struggles - anxiety, serious injuries, surgery, a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, post-natal loss of identity - we know what it's like to feel less-than-best and stuck.
We're supported by a team of caring personal trainers - Vic, Beth and Kev - who are here to help you improve your life and feel amazing. We are not a bunch of PT's that will 'beast' you and leave you crawling out after a session, which is often the opinion of personal trainers. We will guide and support you at your pace with appropriate and relevant exercises that will help your body to THRIVE.
