Functional strength training is what we're about.

Because we all want to move better in daily life.

Think of the movement you do every day—walking up and down the stairs, getting in and out the car, carrying shopping bags, walking the dog, crouching on the floor to play with your kids or grandkids, even standing watching them play sport from the sideline.

These are all functional movements, and depending on your functional fitness, you may find them easy, hard, or somewhere in between.

Recovering from injury? Have specific sport performance goals? Or lack confidence joining group exercise at the moment? 1:1 PT might be for you.

Small Group Personal Training

SGPT is our speciality. All the benefits of PT but in a small group (max 6). A more cost-effective way to do PT, and you have a group around you creating an incredible, high-energy session.
