Functional strength training is what we're about.

Because we all want to move better in daily life.

Think of the movement you do every day - up and down stairs, in and out the car, carrying shopping bags, walking the dog, crouching on the floor to play with your kids or grandkids, even standing watching them play sport from the sidelines.

These are all functional movements, and depending on your functional fitness, you may find these easy, hard, or somewhere in between.

If you aren't moving as well as you'd like to, it's not too late to improve this!

No matter your current fitness level, our functional strength training sessions will help you start moving and feeling better in just 4 weeks.

Our Classes

Small Group PT


Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is just like private Personal Training, except with one coach and up to 6 clients doing a PT session TOGETHER.

It’s a more cost-effective way to do PT, with a supportive group around you creating an incredible, high-vibe, power hour.

You follow a progressive, structured program, designed to strengthen and improve the way your whole body feels and moves, in and out the gym.

Although it’s a group session, each person progresses at their own pace.

There’s no pressure to keep up with anyone, and no competition, but there's accountability so you work at your best.

We coach you to lift weights safely, improve your movement patterns, and identify your weaker and stronger areas so they can be developed.

With only 6 people in a session we get to spend quality time with you, helping you progress quicker and get better results than you would in a large group or going it alone.

Most of our SGPT members are age 50-60 with varying levels of strength & fitness but the same goal - to AGE STRONG!

Team Training

Team Training is our larger group sessions with up to 14 people and one coach.

If you don’t have any specific or urgent goals; injuries or conditions that need special attention / movements adjusted; you’re confident to follow along in a larger group; you’re not looking for more tailored coaching or quicker results; then Team Training is a great option for you.

Suitable for beginners through to the more experienced - you’re always given options for your level of strength & fitness.

There’s no need to be scared or nervous that you won’t be able to do something!

All our coaches are at least Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified with years of experience.

Their focus in a session is not just to instruct from the front like a gym class, but also to guide and teach you how to move and lift weights safely.

1:1 PT

Private personal training and an hour to focus on YOU.

Recovering from injury? Have specific sport performance goals? Or lack confidence joining group exercise at the moment?

1:1 PT might be for you.
