This is for you if:
→ You are in your 40s, 50s or beyond, and you want to feel stronger and move better.
→ You are tired of extreme diets and punishing workouts that never last.
→ You have felt out of place in normal gyms, or you have never set foot in one.
→ You want aches and stiffness to ease, and your energy to come back.
→ You would rather be coached properly in a small group than left to figure it out alone.
How it works:
Small groups, maximum eight. You are seen and coached, never lost in a crowd.
Fully led by your coach. Every session is structured and progressive. No experience needed, ever.
Two strength sessions a week, plus group mobility and conditioning whenever it suits you.
A calm, welcoming room. Our members are the first to make a new face feel at home. You will see what we mean.
