🏋️ In-studio strength and movement coaching at GROUP PT, Woodley — up to 4 sessions per week in a small group of maximum 8 people. Calm, expert-led, designed for adults who want real results without the intimidating gym environment.

🥗 The Rise Method Summer Foundation — your complete six-week nutrition guide. Protein-first approach, simple meal structure, daily habits that actually work. Self-guided but never alone.

📋 Weekly check-in accountability tracker, to help build daily habits. Michael personally supports and responds.

💬 A quick introductory call with Michael before you start, to understand what you want, answer your questions, and make sure this is exactly the right fit for you.
