Our 45-minute group resistance training sessions are like no other, here's why...
✅ You'll be coached by a Personal Trainer at every session
✅ A maximum of 14 people in a class, so we aren't overcrowded & can help you

We run multiple sessions throughout the day, 6 days a week.
Team Training (TT) is our larger group sessions with up to 14 people and one coach; 45 minute class (all included in the 28 Day Reset).
SGPT is small-group-personal-training with up to 6 people and one coach; 50-60 minutes (not included in the 28 Day Reset).
WEEKLY TIMETABLE
➡️ Monday - 9am (SGPT); 5:15pm (TT) & 6:30pm (SGPT)
➡️ Tuesday - 6:30am and 9:15am (TT); 2pm (SGPT); 6:30pm (TT)
➡️ Wednesday - 6:15am (SGPT); 9:15am and 6:30pm (TT)
➡️ Thursday - 6:30am and 9:15am (TT); 2pm (SGPT); 5:15pm (TT) & 6:30pm (SGPT)
➡️ Friday - 6:15am and 9am (SGPT) & 10:15am(TT)
➡️ Saturday - 8am (TT)
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30am + Saturday 8am + SGPT are mixed gender sessions.
All other classes are women-only.
No, sessions are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any that suit you.
That's OK! Most of our members start as beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level to join us. We will help you.
You can sign up as a member on a monthly plan, or you can walk away if we're not for you, its totally up to you.
